GARAVOGUE Return Policy
You deserve the highest quality customer service and we are committed to offering that while providing products you will use and love forever. Of course, sometimes a return or exchange is necessary. We will do everything we can to make sure you love what you have. We care about your satisfaction and our Customer Care team is always here to help.
We want you to love your GARAVOGUE items, but if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer an exchange within 30 days from receipt of purchase.
Here are the parameters:
• Proof of purchase is required for a refund.
• Returns will be refunded in the original payment form for the merchandise price, less shipping & handling.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• GARAVOGUE does not accept returns on any sale merchandise.
• Taxes charged are refunded in accordance with state and local laws.
• Returns sent with postage due will be returned to sender.
• Items must be in unused condition and contain their original packaging.

Please note that we do not accept returns on sale items.
Online product orders may be changed or canceled within 24 hours of submitting the order. We regret that we are not able to modify or cancel orders for in-stock merchandise after 24 hours as your order will have moved to fulfillment.
GARAVOGUE Shipping Policy
DELIVERY AND PROCESSING
Most purchases that are shipped will ship within 1 business day upon receipt of order and arrive at their destination within 5-7 days after shipping. Express overnight shipping is available and will ship the same day to arrive within 1-2 business days if the order is received by 12 pm PST, and all items are in stock.

Please note that items ordered together may not arrive together. Business days do not include national holidays. We are not responsible for events outside of our control, including but not limited to, weather-related delays, work stoppages or delays, or other unexpected circumstances. Please note that some oversized, heavy, and flammable items cannot ship outside the continental US. International shipments may require additional fees and processing time.
We do ship to Canada, and select international destinations. Additional fees may apply.
SHIPPING TO HAWAII AND ALASKA
Expedited delivery and freight delivery is not available to these areas. Your order should arrive in approximately 12–14 business days. Please note that some oversized, heavy, and flammable items cannot ship outside the continental US. Additional fees may apply.
All of our items ship from within the United States. Prices are shown in US dollars. Standard inventoried items shipping internationally are shipped via FedEx or USPS. Please note that brokerage fees, import taxes and/or duties may be assessed by the shipping carrier, and are the responsibility of the customer. Please allow a minimum of 14–16 days for delivery. Additional fees may apply.
We make every effort to display the most current and accurate product inventory information. If for any reason an item is not available for immediate shipment, we will notify you directly.
GARAVOGUE Online Gift Cards are delivered to the purchaser’s inbox within 4-6 hours of purchase. They are available exclusively for digital use on our online store.
Payment is charged to your credit card once your order is placed. Additional shipping surcharges may apply to some large and heavy items. Should this apply, a member of our team will contact you to discuss additional fees and options.
All prices are in US dollars and are subject to sales tax for residents of California in accordance with state and local laws. Availability, prices and delivery rates are subject to change. There may be errors in the prices, descriptions, or images of certain merchandise, and we must reserve the right to restrict orders of those items. GARAVOGUE makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the website. Omissions and errors are subject to correction.
What personal information does GARAVOGUE collect?

PERSONAL INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE TO US:

Affiliated Businesses We Do Not Control: We anticipate that we may become affiliated with a variety of businesses and work closely with them. User profiles: User profile information including users’ name, email address, and other information you enter (“User Submissions”) may be displayed to other users to facilitate user interaction within the Website. Email addresses are used to add new User Submissions to user profiles and to communicate through User Submissions. Users’ email addresses will not be directly revealed to other users by GARAVOGUE, except, when the user is “connected” to another user via a shared group membership, or an invitation, or if the user has chosen to include their email address in their User Profile.
Communication in response to User Submissions: As part of the Website and services, you will receive from GARAVOGUE email and other communication relating to your User Submissions. You acknowledge and agree that by posting such User Submissions, GARAVOGUE may send you email and other communication that it determines in its sole discretion relate to your User Submissions.
Promotional Offers: We may send offers to you on behalf of other businesses. However, when we do so, we do not give the other business your name and address. If you do not wish to receive these offers, please send an email with your request to email@example.com

Your Company account Personal Information is protected by a password for your privacy and security. You need to ensure that there is no unauthorized access to your account and Personal Information by selecting and protecting your password appropriately and limiting access to your computer and browser by signing off after you have finished Garavogue accessing your account.
GARAVOGUE endeavors to protect user information to ensure that user account information is kept private, however, GARAVOGUE cannot guarantee the security of user account information. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors may compromise the security of user information at any time.
What personal information can I access?
GARAVOGUE allows you to access the following information about you for the purpose of viewing, and in certain situations, updating that information. This list will change as the Website changes.
